Best Overall
First Place
42nd Street and just ONE taxi?

Linda Tse Correia
Nikon D70, Exposure: (1/25), f/4.2, 38 mm, ISO 1600
NYC Lights
On this shot, I pushed the shutterspeed and aperture to get the shot fully lit and to show the constant action at a stand still. I liked the taxi as an integrated element of the shot rather than the key focus of it. I got the additional graininess by bumping up the ISO.

I like the background shot of this, but the cab is barely visible in this. I think there are a lot of distractions in this picture.

Best Overall. This shot could be a post-card.

I thought it looked like a postcard too.

Wow--this looks like it could be from a movie--there's that sort of movie set feel to it, where everything looks a little too good to be true...I love it!

I just have to say, I really want to vote for this one as well, but I can't think what the best category would be for it--best composition comes closest, but somehow doesn't seem quite enough...

I have to agree with the others, this does look like it belongs on a post card. If I had to rate it based on your theme I’d have to say Best Composition.

I also give this one best composition. It keeps your eyes busy and really gives you a sense of being there-right at the moment that picture was taken.

fanstastic technically, but too clean for my taste.

If you can't beat them..... Find a way around them….

With so many changes made to their algorithms Google, Yahoo and MSN!!! How can anyone keep pace with them "Personally" it's impossible, unless you're using SEO Elite™ 3.2

Google’s last update had sites that were ranking in the top ten suddenly disappear BUT for those that started using the SEO 3.2v software suddenly they realized where the changes were made and adjusted accordingly and are now back to their previous position or better.

How is that possible???? Any site ranking in the top ten is optimized in accordance with the updated algorithm which could be anything from Back Links, Keyword Density just to name a few, So how would you know what has changed...
